PHASES OF THE CONTEST:
1.) Each week we select one entry and put it on the PHOTO PAGE (for a month): http://moolto.ning.com/photo There will be a different theme every week.
2.) At the end of the month, from the 4 weekly selections, Moolto Staff will choose one and the Photographer will be featured in MORE - Moolto.com Online publication (http://issuu.com/moolto-maxesloon/docs/) and hold the title of 'Moolto's Photographer of the Month'.
