I have my fingers in several different pies at all times.  i make skins and eeys.  i write code.  i build houses, shopping malls, and entire sims.  i make clothes.  i can never really decide what i want to do, so i do a bit of everything.

currently pretty much all of my stiff is for sale here or can be seen on on the marketplace here.  With the advent of mesh, I'm currently focusing on fashion more than other thnigs.
