Natural Wonders Photo Contest

The same can be found within the Costa Rica Sims. Many publications and people in general have described the Costa Rica Sims as the most beautiful estate ever created in Second Life®.

We invite you to bring your camera and capture our stunning natural beauty. Let your imagination run wild but don’t over do it in Photoshop! Finally share it with the world.

Contest outline:

Only photographs of locations listed below that are within the Costa Rica Sims may be submitted. The theme for these photographs is the “Natural Wonders of the Costa Rica Sims.”

Contestants may enter 1 photo of the natural surroundings that can be found within our 4 million+ square meter estate. You are invited to explore and enjoy the different amenities our community has to offer. The following are the ONLY locations where contestants may take photographs for submission to the contest:

How to enter:

Contestants may submit 1 photo a month and may not submit the same photo in following months. There is no limit as to how many months you may enter and photos submitted may be of the same locations listed above. All entries are to be submitted via the Moolto.com group page.

Judging:

Public Vote will count for 50% of the total score per entry. Voting will take place on Moolto.com.
Costa Rica Sims Executive Team will allocate the balance of 50%.

Schedule:

• Entries: To be submitted on Moolto.com during the first 2 weeks of each month
• Public Vote: 3rd week each month
• Close of Voting: 2nd to the last Friday of the month
• Winner will be announced on the second to last Sunday of the month at 12pm SLT at a party which will be held within the Costa Rica Sims. The winning photographer will be contacted and will be requested to give Giancarlo Takacs a copy of the photo for display purposes at the party.

Prize:

L$5,000 cash prize will be presented to the monthly winner at the party.

The winning photo will displayed at the party. Costa Rica Sims reserves the right to reproduce any of the winning photos in current or future promotional or advertising campaigns for the Costa Rica Sims.

To submit a picture go in the comment area slightly below and click the 'small black icon with white sphere in it' and then load your picture from yout hard drive. Format accepted are JPG and PNG.
